According to Lianhe Zaobao at 3.36pm today (Nov. 11), website All Singapore Stuff published an article "Roof of Punggol Waterway Terraces Collapse" with the following photograph:

The short article said:

This just happened. The top floors of Punggol Waterway Terraces collapsed!

Previous, the owners of the Built-to-Order (BTO) flats had taken to the internet to voice their unhappiness over the poor workmanship of their flats.

Zaobao reported that residents of the flats soon took to Facebook to refute this claim. Zaobao also reported that according to residents, the police and civil defence were dispatched to the area to investigate.

HDB has come out also to say that it was a hoax and will be reporting the hoax to the police:

A Hardwarezone user shared that from certain angles, an optical illusion would make it seem that the roofs are indeed slightly caved in:

Another Hardwarezone user claims to have made a police report against All Singapore Stuff:

All Singapore Stuff has since taken down the article and the accompanying Facebook post.
