Samsung has issued a global recall of all Note 7 -- resulting in about 2.5 million handsets taken back.

The infamous product has been in the news for supposedly malfunctioning batteries which result in dangerous and at times fatal explosions when subjected to prolong charging.

Note 7 users in Singapore can visit the Samsung website  from 26 October to indicate their wishes.

In the meantime, Samsung urged the Note 7 owners to power down and stop using the device immediately.

Unless you want to live your life dangerously like those folks at Dose, who are filming a Samsung Note S7 being charged live on Facebook.
