Bank manager rewrites subordinate's resignation letter, Internet shakes head at the shamelessness

What a way to manage turnover.

This is one memorable resignation experience.

Chester Ang was going to quit his job and had printed out and signed a resignation letter addressed to his manager, here it is:

Granted the letter could've benefited from some changes like spelling out what post he was resigning from and could have been written with a little more warmth (assuming he was quitting because he had a better offer elsewhere).

Enter his manager whom Ang said rewrote the letter making it sound like Ang is walking away from the best job and mentor ever:
