There have been a lot of reports coming out on how poorly Malaysia's economy is performing.

There are a myriad of factors relating to this worrying slide, including the 1MDB saga and the price of oil.

One thing that remains consistent throughout these news items though, is the handful of Singaporeans who will invariably allude to going across the causeway to enjoy the perks of the lowered currency.

Which feels a tad insensitive considering Malaysians aren't going through the best of times.

Malaysians, after all, do not have any equivalent threat to rush in to Singapore.

Until now.

Well, a Malaysian magazine has unknowingly set the stage for the perfect rebuttal to our obsession with enjoying our neighbours current patch of bad luck.

The magazine posted a question asking their readers what they would do to escape a fictional zombie apocalypse in Malaysia.

Twitter user, Amiin, posted the best answer in the magazine.

Some Singaporeans tried to defend this assertion, but quickly gave up.

And it's understandable why no one stepped up to defend the assertion.
