Some items are pretty obvious: mums wanting their children to be doctors, the colourful canes that whacked our grades (well, our bums) into shape. Maybe you had to accompany mum to OG and Hang Ten, only to rush back just in time to catch her favourite Korean soaps on KBSWorld.

Oh, and you knew you were in trouble once you started missing calls from mum. Shudder.
