The student was asked by the teacher to return to his seat and he while he complied initially, he returned back to his classmate's desk. The teacher shouted for him to return to his seat. This is where he starts talking back defiantly at the teacher and demanded an apology from his teacher.

Next time you see a friend who is a teacher, give him/her a pat on the back and let them know that their efforts are appreciated. It's not easy to take so much crap and still have to apologise for it.
