In their last match against Malaysia on Thursday (May 11), Singapore lost 7-0.
Malaysia led by two goals in the first half of the game, courtesy of Saravanan and Muhammad Haqimi.

In the second half, Malaysia bagged another five goals, with Saravanan finding the back of the net three more times, and Muhammad Mukhairi and Mohd Aiman scoring one each.
