A nail salon in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, has resorted to social media to air their grievances about a customer.
On Apr. 13, Nailash at Paradigm Mall put up a Facebook post seeking help to find the Singapore-based woman.
Avoided paying RM88
The nail salon said that the woman had opted for a RM88 (S$26.60) pedicure service on Apr. 3.
However, she has yet to make payment.
According to the post, Nailash trusted her "as a friend" when she told them that she did not have enough cash to pay them on the spot.
The woman allegedly promised to transfer the amount when she was free.
Unfortunately, that has yet to happen.
Blocked on WhatsApp
The nail salon apparently tried to contact her with four different phone numbers via WhatsApp but were blocked when they reminded her of the outstanding payment.
In one of the messages sent by a staff named Candice, the customer allegedly responded with "Candice nuts fit in your mouth lmao".
The post has gone viral, with more than 2,300 shares and over 300 comments.
Some commenters tried to help the business by messaging the customer via Whatsapp, however, they too received no response.
Meanwhile, others advised the business to protect itself and get future customers to pay on the spot.
