FairPrice will once again be selling live tiger prawns.
This time, it will be for Hari Raya Aidilifitri.
At three selected outlets
According to an Apr. 18 media release, there will be a total of 3,000kg of prawns for sale.
The prawns will be sold at three selected outlets on three separate days on Apr. 19, 20, and 21 from 9am.
Here are the details:
- Apr. 19: FairPrice 212 Bedok North St 1
- Apr. 20: FairPrice Woodlands Civic Centre
- Apr. 21: FairPrice 849 Yishun Ring Road
Limited to 5kg per shopper
The live tiger prawns will be driven in from Malaysia daily.
Only 1,000kg of prawns will be for sale each day, while stocks last.
The prawns will cost S$19.90/kg.
FairPrice said 1kg of prawns consists of around 20 to 30 XL prawns.
Each shopper is limited to buying 5kg of prawns.
