Italian rock band Måneskin to perform in S'pore on Nov. 27, only stop in Southeast Asia

Four-piece Italian rock band Måneskin has announced their tour dates for their upcoming Rush! World Tour.

They will be making a stop in Singapore on Nov. 27 — the only one in Southeast Asia.

The band will also play three shows in Japan.

Run like rollercoasters

The band made its name by winning the Eurovision Song Contest for Italy in 2021.

They went on to release a number of albums and singles, which garnered them recognition in Europe.

But it was their English-language songs — "I Wanna Be Your Slave" and their cover of The Four Seasons' "Beggin" — that went viral on TikTok and thrust the band into the international spotlight.

Both songs, along with their Eurovision-winning single "Zitti e buoni", made the top 10 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart.

Måneskin was subsequently nominated for the Best New Artist award at the 2023 Grammys.

Tour dates

More details of the Singapore show have yet to be announced.
