The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) updated on Mar. 31 afternoon that more off-duty officers have been recalled to provide support at affected checkpoints in Singapore.

As of 2pm, selected automated lanes at Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints remain down.

All departure automated lanes at Changi Airport terminals are also affected, with travellers directed to manual lanes for immigration clearance.

ICA added that coastal checkpoints remain unaffected.

Travellers are urged to factor in additional time for clearance, and the agency is working to resolve the situation.
