An 18-year-old woman is assisting with investigations after a body the size of a foetus was found at the foot of Block 166 Hougang Avenue 1 on Wednesday morning, March 29.
The body wrapped in a pink towel was handled by the police when the tent was moved, The Straits Times reported.
Traces of blood were seen at the lift lobby.A unit on the second floor was cordoned off.
The police said they were alerted to a case of unnatural death at 11:32am, according to Shin Min Daily News.
A blue tent was put up at a grass patch in front of the block.
