Furkids in Hong Kong can dine in style as Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong has launched a "Doggy Dim Sum Cart".

According to Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong's Facebook post, this unique "dim sum" for dogs is available at The Farmhouse's dog-friendly outdoor garden terrace.

The "Doggy Dim Sum" menu includes steamed meatballs, braised cod with fish maw, braised quail eggs, duck with capelin and braised chicken fillet with goat milk.

All these dishes are served in mini bamboo steam baskets, just like dim sum for humans.

Speaking to South China Morning Post (SCMP), the general manager of Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, Patrick Sin, said that they "recognise the unique bond between dogs and humans and are always on the lookout for new ways to enhance the experience for dog-families".

The general manager added that a "doggy yum cha" is the "perfect way" to celebrate dog-families, and allow them to create new memories together.

In addition to 'Doggy Dim Sum", the hotel also offers a range of steamed treats and birthday cakes for dogs, SCMP reported.

Sin told SCMP that the "very instagrammable" dim sum has been very popular.

One of Hong Kong's most dog-friendly hotels

According to Sin, the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is a "highly sought-after destination for pet owners", thanks to its range of pet-friendly amenities.

The hotel offers "The Centric Dogcation", where guests can bring their dog on a staycation with amenities for the dog as well as access to their Upper Farm Doggy Playground.

In addition, they also offer boarding services which allow dogs to board in one of the guestrooms while their owners are away.

In Hyatt Centric's Facebook post, the boarding service houses the dog in a guestroom on a dog-friendly floor and brings the dog for daily relaxation and exercise sessions at Upper Farm Doggy Playground.

There is also an in-room web camera for pawrents to monitor their doggo.
