Marina Bay Sands is offering more than 1,500 jobs in an upcoming career fair on March 5 and 6 to expand its nearly 10,600-strong workforce.
The physical recruitment drive will take place over Sunday and Monday from 10am to 8pm at Hall E at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in the integrated resort.
A total of 20 booths by 24 departments will showcase the career options available.
There will be walk-in interviews and talks by hiring departments.
Positions available include full-time, part-time roles, in the butler services, casino operations, food and beverage, facilities, mall operations, and marketing departments, as well as internship opportunities.
Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), SkillsFuture Singapore, and social enterprise Agape Connecting People will also set up dedicated booths.
They will provide career coaching services for jobseekers to learn more about available SkillsFuture upskilling courses, as well as engage with ambassadors for career advice to gain a better understanding of their competencies and job suitability.
The recruitment effort accompanies the integrated resort’s US$1 billion (S$1.37 billion) reinvestment to cater to the growing demand for luxury hospitality services.
