Valentine's Day is around the corner.

Besides being the day that Budget 2023 is going to be delivered, it is still a day to show love and appreciation to others.

Valentine's Day promotions are typically targeted at groups of two (i.e. couples), but one Singaporean club has launched an unconventional Valentine's Day promo.

The club is offering a 50 per cent discount off the total bill, and targets a very specific demographic group.

The poster reads: “Simply bring along your wife together with your 小三 ("mistress" in Chinese) to enjoy this promotion.”

Being so open about extra-marital entanglements may be courting controversy, but the club's management seems to know what they were getting into, sneakily inserting a #readytobeviral hashtag into the poster.

The club also uploaded the same poster on Instagram.

Bringing more equals more discount?

The Facebook post by Club Rich Singapore has garnered more than a thousand shares and over 300 comments as of time of writing, with netizens playing along in the comment section.

One netizen even praised the club's marketing team for doing a good job.

Their Instagram post has also attracted similar comments.

 

The club even cheekily replied to a netizen's question query on whether bringing more guests would entitle them to more discounts.

Not sure how they're actually going to verify though.
