The Singapore Police Force is investigating a fight that broke out at Cuscaden Road in the early morning of Feb. 25.

A Mothership reader who witnessed the incident described the commotion as spilling out of the Ming Arcade, which houses multiple bars and pubs.

The aggression from several people appeared to be focused on a single individual who received multiple blows before collapsing on the road.

Even after he lay seemingly unconscious on the ground, his assailants continued to attack him and he received stomps aimed at his head.

The Mothership reader said the man was later seen with a massive bruising around one of his eye sockets, as well as bleeding on his face.

The group eventually dispersed after one of them was seen swinging what looked like some sort of weapon around, and police arrived shortly after.

A video posted on Reddit showed an affray involving at least 13 male and female individuals; at one point during the confrontation, a woman was shoved over.

Responding to queries from Mothership, the Singapore Police Force said that they were alerted to the fight along Cuscaden Road at 2:50am on Feb. 25.

A 20-year-old man is assisting police with their ongoing investigations.
