In view of National Day, a resident from Block 110 Whampoa Road decided to surprise their block with a bag of sweet treats in the lift.
A note dedicated to "kind neighbours" of the block accompanied the two bags, one full with Mamee and another with candy and chocolate.
The gesture was well appreciated by a fellow resident named Wilson Soh, who shared about it on Facebook.

A close-up of the note, posted by Soh, showed that the unnamed resident had expressed their gratitude to the rest for making the neighbourhood homely.
