Most Singaporeans would be familiar with Tenderbest, a chain of halal food kiosks specialising in Western food, particularly its signature fried chicken.

If you're a fan of Tenderbest and living in the northeastern part of Singapore, here's some good news.

The food chain will be opening the Tenderbest Makcik Tuckshop cafe concept in Punggol.

It is set to open on the first week of September.

This would be its third cafe outlet, with two others located in Jalan Kayu and Woodlands.

Drive-thru and bicycle lots

According to an Instagram post, it will be a standalone shop with a drive-thru where customers can order in advance and drive over to pick up their food.

To cater to the cycling community in Punggol, cyclists can also park their bicycles at dedicated bicycle lots right outside the tuckshop so that they can grab a quick meal.

New menu with weekend brunch

Here, customers can expect the usual menu including signature fried chicken, baked rice and pasta.

Those looking for a good lepak session can also get a Milo tower to share with friends.

The menu will also have new offerings like Asian fusion pizzas and a brunch menu for the weekends.

Cat & the Fiddle's second cafe

Apart from their own Western offerings, the cafe will also be home to halal-certified cheesecake brand Cat & the Fiddle's second cafe kiosk.

Cat & the Fiddle's cafe serves more than just cheesecake. They also have soft serves and waffles.
