The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an advisory urging Singaporeans not to travel to Afghanistan, and for those who are there to leave.
The advisory did not mention how many Singaporeans, or if any, are or were in Afghanistan, whose capital, Kabul, was seized by Taliban fighters a day earlier.
However, Singaporeans in Afghanistan in need of assistance can contact the MFA duty office.
MFA also urged Singaporeans to avoid travelling to Afghanistan at this time.
This is MFA's advisory in full:

In view of the volatile security situation, Singaporeans are strongly advised against travelling to or remaining in Afghanistan.
Singaporeans who are still in Afghanistan should eRegister with MFA immediately at https://eregister.mfa.gov.sg if they have not done so.
Singapore has no diplomatic representation in Afghanistan. Singaporeans who need consular assistance can contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Duty Office (24 hours) at:
