If you do not belong to the segment of the population that require their nipples to be censored, here's a quick backgrounder: nipple stickers are generally inexpensive, costing as low as a couple dollars per pair.

Which is why most of us might have thrown them away if we found anything like a house lizard stuck to the accessory.

While NTU student and TikTok user @hibye.lovez did eventually throw her nipple sticker away, it was not before she gently scraped the reptile free from the adhesive bonds and released it into the environment.

Discovering the lizard

The student had come back to hall after a weekend and realised that one side of her nipple sticker was missing.

"Obviously it comes in a pair right, cause I have two nipples," she rightly pointed out.

She later discovered the missing object on her desk, with a lizard involuntarily resting on it.

The reptile had already dropped its tail, and the student said that she was unsure if it was still alive at that point as it had been in an "unblinking state" for the last 20 minutes.

However, the creature soon indicated that it was not dead when its head — the only part that could be moved — assumed a different position.

Removing the lizard

In a second TikTok, the student had put on gloves and was ready to rescue the reptile from its prison.

She then brought it to the hall's laundry area, where she proceeded to pry it loose with a pencil.

The process, which was filmed and fast-forwarded, took about 15 minutes.

Shortly after, the student set the gecko down on the floor and bade it farewell.

The animal appeared to be in an unmoving daze, and that is the last we see of it.
