On August 22, 2021, a section of a concrete structure at 3013 Bedok Industrial Park E collapsed.

Pictures of the incident were circulating on social media by around 11:26am.

Measuring around 40 metres in length, it collapsed from the top floor of the four-storey building, causing debris to fall to the ground, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said.

SCDF was alerted to the incident at around 9:20am on the same day.
They did not find anyone trapped after conducting a search of the affected area and no injuries were reported.
