With regard to the completion dates of new BTO developments, Minister for National Development Desmond Lee cautioned today (August 11) that most BTO projects have been delayed because of the impact that Covid-19 has wrought on the construction sector.

"Nevertheless, HDB is working hard with contractors and other agencies to reduce construction delays and will continue to keep our homebuyers updated on the completion date of their new flat through letters as well as the My HDBPage, as construction progresses," he said.

"I thank everyone for your patience and understanding as we work to complete these projects and bring your homes to you."
