For those who have successfully redeemed the free oximeter for your family, here's something to note.

Temasek Foundation reminded members of the public to not throw the box away before ensuring the oximeter is workable.

The packaging box is needed for an exchange if your oximeter is found to be faulty.

According to the FAQ, you will not be allowed to exchange for a new oximeter if the faulty oximeter does not come in a box, in its original condition.

You will not be allowed to exchange for a different brand or model from the one you received.

Where and when?

You can exchange your oximeter for a new unit at Temasek Shophouse, located at 28 Orchard Road.

The supermarket and pharmacy outlets will not manage the exchange at their counters.

You will also have to bring along your identification card for verification purposes.

The period for exchange is from July 5 to August 31, 2021.
