Russian media reported on the incident.

Responding to queries from Mothership, Singapore Airlines confirmed that the flight was diverted to Moscow, citing a "medical emergency involving one of (their) cabin crew members".

Upon arriving in Moscow, the cabin crew member was taken to the nearest hospital, where he was assessed by doctors.

The flight eventually departed from Domodedovo later that day at 11:04pm CEST.

It arrived in Singapore on 10:58am, July 4, according to Flightaware.

The cabin crew member was discharged after his condition stabilised and arrangements have been made to fly him back to Singapore, SIA added.
