A police blue tent was seen put up at the foot of Block 44 Owen Road on July 26, 2021.

Footage of the incident was put up on social media.

The area surrounding the blue tent was cordoned off.

An ambulance and police vehicle, as well as uniformed police officers, were seen at the scene.

In response to Mothership.sg's queries, the police said:

On July 26, 2021 at 12:28pm, the police were alerted to a case of unnatural death at Block 44 Owen Road. A 93-year-old woman was found lying motionless at the foot of the said block and was pronounced dead at scene by a paramedic. Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play. Police investigations are ongoing.
