Fans of Lotus Biscoff Cookies, the world-famous brand of speculoos (spiced shortcrust biscuits) will be happy to know that Lotus Biscoff Sandwich Cookies are now available in Singapore.

Available in supermarkets and online

Priced at S$2.80 per pack, the Lotus Biscoff Sandwich Cookies are available at supermarkets like Sheng Siong and Cold Storage.

Those who prefer to shop online can also purchase it via Shopee or PandaMart.

However, do note that the Lotus Biscoff Sandwich Cookies on Shopee are pricier, possibly because many of them are shipped from overseas.

Taste test

We tried the Lotus Biscoff Sandwich Cookies with milk chocolate filling.

Though I was already a fan of Lotus Biscoff, this sandwich cookie blew my mind.

Biting into two biscuits instead of just one elevated the crunch level.

The milk chocolate filling complemented the slightly spiced speculoos flavour.

Most importantly, the filling had a creamy texture and did not taste too sweet.

I was also happy with the amount of filling sandwiched between the cookies.

There wasn't too much milk chocolate that it would taste overwhelming and not too little that it would not be noticeable.

I also tried to dip it in milk and the result was a satisfyingly soft and crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth cookie.

Disclaimer: One pack was not enough. I ended up finishing half a pack by myself in one sitting.
