There are celebrations, and then there is Dean Boxall's celebration, which is in a league of its own.

Hip thrusting, fists shaking, air pumping, and mask ripping, the Australian Olympic swimming coach went viral for his wild reaction when his mentee's win on Monday (July 26).

The 20-year-old Australian swimmer, Ariarne Titmus, was crowned world champion in the Women's 400m Freestyle at Tokyo Olympics.

Titmus had defeated the titan of that category, United States swimmer Katie Ledecky, who is a five-time Olympic gold medalist.

Speaking to the media after the event, the Australian Olympic swimming coach said he "lost it" and "went outside of his body".

A special mention for the blue polo shirt clad female Olympic staff standing near Boxall who toggled between trying to contain the frenzied swim coach and joining in the celebration with brief claps.

This is not the first time that the coach had put on such passionate bouts of display though.
