26 new Covid-19 cases in S'pore, 19 locally transmitted

The total number of cases reported stands at 62,744.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 26 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore as of 12pm on July 13.

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases reported in Singapore to 62,744.

There are 19 new cases of locally transmitted Covid-19 cases, of which eight belong

to the emerging KTV cluster.

Of the 19 cases today, five are linked to previous cases, and have already been placed on quarantine.

A total of 10 are linked to previous cases and were detected through surveillance.

Four cases are currently unlinked.

Seven imported cases

Seven of the cases confirmed today were imported, and had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or isolated upon arrival in Singapore.

Five were detected upon arrival in Singapore, while two developed the illness during SHN or isolation.
