A cat in Singapore named Joshua is looking for its forever home.

According to a Facebook post by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Singapore (SPCA), Joshua is a rescued cat that was found bleeding from its mouth at Ang Mo Kio.

Upon being rescued, he was diagnosed with a fractured jaw.

This injury is suspected to be caused by acute trauma.

Couldn't eat, constantly drooled

As a result of his injury, Joshua was unable to close his mouth and could not eat.

He had to be given a feeding tube to provide supplementary feeding.

On top of that, he was also constantly drooling and his bottom canine poked the roof of his mouth.

Successful surgery

SPCA went on to attempt a jaw fracture surgery on him, which is said to be generally complex with low rates of success.

Fortunately for the feline, the surgery was a success and he has since recovered.

While his face is still slightly slanted, SPCA said that it doesn't affect his quality of life.

Looking for forever home

Now that he's all well, Joshua is looking for a place to call home.

He has been described as a sweet, trusting and charming boy who would always approach humans for pats.
