A bus flipped on its side on Jul. 11 at Bukit Batok Bus Interchange.
Lianhe Zaobao reported that the bus is believed to have been hit by another bus causing it to roll over a divider and fall over 2m onto a ramp below.
According to Bukit Batok MP Murali Pillai, the accident occurred as one bus was pulling into the interchange while the other bus was pulling out.
"14 persons were injured of which five persons suffered more serious injuries," he wrote on his Facebook page.
No life-threatening injuries were sustained.
Injured passengers were rescued from the wreck by SCDF personnel

SCDF personnel could also be seen at the scene while the vehicle awaited towing.
"My thanks to Singapore Civil Defence Force officers for their swift response and attention to the persons," wrote Pillai.
"The matter will be investigated by the authorities. Please keep the injured persons in your prayers."
