Yakiniku Like has opened two new outlets in Singapore on the same day — June 22, 2021 — at VivoCity and The Clementi Mall.

This makes it three outlets in total, following its initial opening at PLQ Mall in February 2020.

The Japanese BBQ chain is known for its individual electric grills and fast-food style concept, where meals are relatively fuss-free and affordable.

Diners are supposed to be served within three minutes of ordering, after which you can start cooking your own meal.

There are 11 set meals on the menu, starting from S$8.80 for a Pork and Chicken Set (100g) to S$29.80 for a Wagyu Steak Set (180g).

Each set comes with rice, seaweed soup, kimchi or salad.

Alternatively, you can customise your meat platter with the à la carte options, starting from S$3.90 for 100g of chicken, with beef and pork options going from S$5.90.

Top up S$4.90 to make it into a set.

Four sauces are available to complement your proteins: Original BBQ Sauce, Garlic Soy Sauce, Sea Salt Sauce, and Spicy Miso Sauce.

S$2.90 set meal for opening promotion

On the opening day for VivoCity's outlet, the first 290 customers will be able to snag a meal voucher that can be redeemed from June 22 to July 4, 2021.

The voucher allows customers to purchase a Karubi (beef short plate) Set (200g) for S$2.90 (U.P S$14.80).

Additionally, an A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Set consisting of three cuts (zabuton, chuck and brisket) will also be available across all three outlets from June 22 to Aug. 15, 2021.

The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Set: (120g) goes for S$29.80 (à la carte) or S$32.80 (set meal).

Another sauce — Garlic Butter — is also making its return till Sep. 30, in the form of set meals:

• Garlic Butter Karubi Set: S$10.90 (100g); S$15.90 (200g); S$20.90 (300g)
• Garlic Butter Pork & Chicken Set: S$9.90 (100g); S$13.90 (200g); S$17.90 (300g)
