Sauté Sushi, S'pore's first plant-based sushi train concept, opens at Paya Lebar Square

Located at the basement of Paya Lebar Square, Sauté Sushi opened on June 21.

They offer your typical sushi fare, delivered straight to your seat on a train.

Like the rest of Sauté Group, Sauté Sushi serves exclusively plant-based food, where all dishes are vegan unless otherwise stated.

Sauté Group also has two other concepts.

Sauté San offers Japanese, Korean and Western fusion cuisines, while Flavours by Sauté sells local and Western fusion food.

Be it nigiri, gunkan, maki, don, udon or ramen, you can find your traditional Japanese cuisine at the new restaurant.

Here's a sample of the food you can expect:

  • Zalmon (Salmon) Nigiri S$2.30
  • Tempura Enoki Maki S$8.90
  • Vnagi (Unagi) with Teriyaki Sauce Roll S$12.90
  • Saute Spicy Soup Ramen S$10.90
  • Chawanmushi S$3.90
