5 new locations visited by Covid-19 cases, including Marsiling Lane Food Centre & Causeway Point

All the locations are in the North of Singapore.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed 18 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore on Saturday (June 5).

Of these, 13 are locally-transmitted cases, all of whom are linked to previous cases.

In addition, there are five new imported cases, all of whom had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singapore.

Of these, three are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Places visited by confirmed Covid-19 cases

MOH regularly updates a list of public places visited by confirmed Covid-19 cases for a period over 30 minutes while they were infectious.

There are five new locations:

  • Sheng Siong Supermarket (202 Marsiling Drive)

    • May 22, 11:15pm to 11:45pm

  • Marsiling Lane Food Centre (20 Marsiling Lane)

    • May 26, 10:40am to 11:40am

  • Causeway Point (1 Woodlands Square)

    • May 28, 6:30pm to 8pm

  • POPULAR Bookstore at Causeway Point

    • May 28, 6:45pm to 7:35pm

  • NTUC FairPrice at Woodlands Civic Centre (900 South Woodlands Drive)

    • May 28, 8:15pm to 9:20pm

  • Marsiling Lane Food Centre (20 Marsiling Lane)

    • May 29, 10:40am to 11:40am

Those who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit as a precautionary measure.

However, there is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been, said MOH.
