19 locally-transmitted Covid-19 cases in S'pore, 2 are unlinked

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 25 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore as of 12pm on Monday (Jun. 14).

This brings the total number of cases to 62301.

There are 19 new cases of locally-transmitted Covid-19 infection. 17 are linked to previous cases, of whom 13 were all already placed on quarantine. Four were detected through surveillance.

The remaining two cases are currently unlinked.

Based on MOH's investigations so far, 18 of the cases are in the community, and one is in a dormitory.

Six of the cases announced today are imported, and all were placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.

Of these, three are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.
