12 new Covid-19 community cases in S'pore on June 12, 5 unlinked

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 21 new Covid-19 cases in Singapore as of 12pm on Saturday (June 12).

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases in Singapore to 62,266.

There are 12 new cases of locally transmitted Covid-19 infection, all of whom are in the community.

Seven are linked to previous cases, amongst whom two have already been placed on quarantine, and five were detected through surveillance.

The remaining five cases are currently unlinked.

There are no new cases reported in the dormitories.

There are also nine imported cases. All nine are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

They had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.
