15 new Covid-19 community cases in S'pore, 3 unlinked

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed a total of 20 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore as of 12pm on Friday (June 25).

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases reported in Singapore thus far to 62,513.

There are 15 new cases of locally-transmitted Covid-19 infection, all of whom are in the community.

12 of the community cases are linked to previous cases. Amongst them, four had already been placed on quarantine earlier and eight were detected through surveillance.

The remaining three community cases are currently unlinked.

There are no new cases reported in the dormitories.

In addition, there are five imported cases. All had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.

Of these, four are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Further updates will be shared by MOH this evening.
