9 locally-transmitted Covid-19 cases in S'pore, 5 are unlinked

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 11 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore as of 12pm on Sunday (June 20).

This brings the total number of cases to 62,414.

9 locally-transmitted cases

Of these 11 new cases, nine are locally-transmitted.

Four are linked to previous cases, of whom three were already placed on quarantine. One case was detected through surveillance.

The remaining five cases are currently unlinked.

MOH said that there are no new cases in the dormitories.

There are two imported cases, who have already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore. One is a returning Singaporean.
