14 locally-transmitted Covid-19 cases in S'pore on June 19, 4 unlinked

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 21 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore as of 12pm on Saturday (June 19).

This brings the total number of cases to 62,403

Of these 21, there are 14 new cases of locally-transmitted Covid-19 infection.

A total of 10 are linked to previous cases, of whom seven were already placed on quarantine. The other three were detected through surveillance.

The remaining four cases are currently unlinked.

MOH said that there are no new cases in the dormitories.

There are seven imported cases, who have already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore. All of them are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.
