The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 18 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore as of 12pm on June 22.

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases reported in Singapore thus far to 62,448.

There are 15 new cases of locally-transmitted Covid-19 infection, of whom 10 are linked to previous cases.

Amongst them, three had already been placed on quarantine earlier and seven were detected through surveillance.

The remaining five cases are currently unlinked.

MOH said that there are no new cases reported in the dormitories.

In addition, there are three imported cases. All had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.

Of these three, two are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Further updates will be shared by MOH this evening.
