The Ministry of Health is strongly encouraging those who have visited White Sands shopping mall between May 2 and 11 to come forward for a free swab test.

An announcement of the free swab available was made by Teo Chee Hean, who is an MP of the Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC.

His Facebook post said the nearest testing centre in Pasir Ris is the former Coral Primary School and those who are planning to be swabbed would need to book a slot before going down.

Those keen can visit https://go.gov.sg/ws-testing for more details on how to get tested from May 18 onwards.

Visitors who were at White Sands during this period are also urged to monitor their health for 14 days from their last visit there.

Those who develop any Covid-19 symptoms must see a doctor immediately and indicate this exposure.

For queries, call MOH hotline 6876 5835.

White Sands has emerged as one of the areas where Covid-19 cases have visited over the past two weeks.
