On May 18, former magazine editor 50-year-old Lance Lim Chee Keong, who was one of the 12 guests, pleaded guilty to one count of breaching Covid-19 laws.
He had knowingly violated safe distancing rules by inviting four other people to the 13-person gathering and was sentenced to a fine of at least S$3,000.
