The website for Once Upon A Time, local actress Jeanette Aw's new patisserie, was launched this morning (May 25) at 10am for pre-orders.

While the patisserie is located in a shophouse near Jalan Besar, it will not be accepting walk-ins at the moment.

Customers can make pre-orders on the patisserie's website and opt for self-collection (with designated time slots) or delivery (with a flat delivery fee of S$18).

Menu

The patisserie offers a rotating menu of cakes and pastries, with three to five bakes available at each time.

Whole cakes will also be offered in time to come, reported 8 Days.

Three bakes are currently available:

• Blueberry Burst (S$10)
• Financiers (S$26 for a box of 10)
• Pineapple Financiers (S$32 for a box of 10)

When Mothership tried to access the website at 10am, an error message which said "resource limit is reached" appeared.

Online users took to Once Upon A Time's Instagram page to share similar woes.

At 10:10am, the patisserie shared on Instagram stories that it is experiencing a high volume of traffic on its website. It also apologised for any inconvenience caused.

At around 11am, the patisserie confirmed that its website is down.
