A van belonging to a digital lock company was stolen from their office in Yishun on May 23 night.

Although the theft took place under the watch of a CCTV, the company had difficulty in identifying the perpetrator as he was masked.

Within a day, however, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) arrested an 18-year old man in relation to the case.

Responding to queries from Mothership, SPF said they were alerted to the case on May 24, at 9:07am.

Police investigations are ongoing.

Prior to finding the van, a photo of it seen on the road was posted by the company.
