23 Covid-19 community cases in S'pore on May 29, 4 unlinked

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 33 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore as of 12 pm on May. 29.

This brings the total number of cases to 62,003.

There are 23 new cases of locally transmitted Covid-19 infection, of whom 19 are linked to previous cases.

Amongst them, 13 had already been placed on quarantine earlier and six were detected through surveillance.

The remaining four cases are currently unlinked.

MOH said that there are no new cases in the dormitories.

In addition, there are 10 imported cases, who had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singapore. Of these, five are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.
