Chinese media reports on incident

According to Chinese media 8 World News, a neighbour, who is living in the same level on the same block, said that she saw the pair of siblings for the first time last week.

That was also the last time she saw them.

It is believed that they are tenants in the unit.

The neighbour said that she used to interact with the flat owner's mother when she was still alive, but did not keep in touch with the owner after the elderly woman passed on.

Another resident, a 79-year-old man, added that the flat owner does not interact with others, and is rarely seen.
