Shake Shack S'pore launching fried chicken bites on Jan. 21, 2021

Come Jan. 21, Shake Shack will be launching the Chick’n Bites at their outlets.

The item, which debuted in the U.S. in 2018, features crispy pieces of chicken breast served with a dipping sauce.

In Singapore, it's either BBQ sauce or honey mustard, to go along with a six-piece or 10-piece portion.

How it's made

The meat is first cooked sous-vide, and then breaded in flour, cayenne and paprika before being "crisp-fried." (Since Google has failed us, we're asking the Shake Shack reps what exactly the term means.)

The Chick’n Bites joins the chain's Chick' n Shack burger to be the second chicken item on the menu.
