Japanese cafe Hvala has opened its third outlet in Singapore at Keong Saik Road.
The cafe is known for their matcha items, as well as desserts.
Dairy-free desserts
Its Keong Saik outlet offers dairy-free and vegan-friendly gelato in all 12 flavours.
The same goes for its cinnamon waffles and fudgy brownies.
To top it off, milk-based beverages will use oat milk by default, at no additional cost to customers.
While the cake selection is still made with eggs and dairy, the cafe is currently working on vegan-friendly alternatives that do not compromise on taste.
Food blogger @stormscape noted that the dairy-free waffles are made of oatmilk with cinnamon, instead of butter and fresh milk.
Prices of the drinks are average by cafe standards, and slightly steeper for the desserts:

The three-storey outlet retains Hvala's peaceful, minimalistic vibe.
