The taste

The Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Noodle is apparently the spiciest instant noodle in Malaysia.

Hence, it is no surprise that many found the Ghost Pepper Cola to be spicy too.

One person who tried the drink described it to be a "cursed version of Pepsi":

Another person coughed violently and seemed to almost vomit after tasting the drink.

He added that the Ghost Pepper Cola tastes like Coca Cola, however, it is spicy when it reaches the throat.

A YouTuber, Asyraff Mazlan, who tried the Ghost Pepper Cola, retches, coughs and starts sweating.

He describes the drink to be gassy and spicy.

After finishing the Ghost Pepper instant noodles and some of the drink, his lips are visibly swollen.
