The taste
The Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Noodle is apparently the spiciest instant noodle in Malaysia.
Hence, it is no surprise that many found the Ghost Pepper Cola to be spicy too.
One person who tried the drink described it to be a "cursed version of Pepsi":
So, my college friend bought a ghost pepper noodles and cola combo...

I tried a ghost pepper cola drink a tiny bit and oh my god, this is like the more cursed version of Pepsi as I can feel the spice kicking in.

Another person coughed violently and seemed to almost vomit after tasting the drink.
He added that the Ghost Pepper Cola tastes like Coca Cola, however, it is spicy when it reaches the throat.
