A car has reversed into two pedestrians while trying to park.
According to a video uploaded to SG Road Vigilante, the incident took place at Bukit Timah Food Centre.
A student accompanied by a woman holding an umbrella were walking in the carpark, eventually ending up behind the car.
The vehicle then reverses into both of them, hitting both parties and knocking them to the ground.
The driver behind the recording dashcam lets out a shriek.

The woman and student get on their feet shortly after, and the woman also uses her umbrella to hit the car.
The incident took place on Aug. 27.

In response to the video, a handful pointed out that both parties are at fault for not paying greater attention.
However, most people defended the driver saying that there is a "blind spot", and that pedestrians should not walk behind reversing vehicles.
