With the Summer Olympics postponed till 2021, United States swimming legend Katie Ledecky appears to have taken some experimental approaches to her training.
The five-time Olympic gold medalist shared a video of herself swimming the length of a pool balancing a full glass of chocolate milk on her head -- without spilling a drop.

While swimming a full lap without dropping the glass at all is already impressive by itself, it seems that a single drop of milk did not spill from the glass at all.
"Possibly one of the best swims of my career!" Ledecky quipped in her Instagram caption.
Needless to say, many fans were impressed.

Sometimes you think you’ve seen it all in sports, and then you come across what might be the most athletic thing I’ve ever seen

To the point where they question if she's actually human.

Some would even say that it gives her five Olympic gold medals a run for their money.

An ad for a milk campaign
While it may seem odd for Ledecky to attempt this challenge out of the blue, her video was a part of an advertisement for the TikTok "Got Milk?" challenge, a promotional campaign by the dairy industry in the U.S.
The campaign on Tiktok encourages people to share quirky videos of themselves doing milk-related activities.
